본 방침은 모바일 앱 EZY Tracking(이하 "본 앱")이 이용자의 정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·공유·보관·삭제하는지 설명합니다. 본 앱을 설치·사용함으로써 본 방침에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

본 앱은 광고 식별자(AD_ID)를 수집하지 않으며, 광고 SDK·분석(Analytics)·크래시 수집 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
이동 경로 기록과 위치 공유를 위해 위치 권한(정밀/대략)이 필요합니다. 이용자가 '트래킹 시작' 또는 '위치 공유 시작'을 직접 누른 경우에만 포그라운드 서비스가 동작하며, 동작 중에는 항상 알림이 표시됩니다. 본 앱은 백그라운드 위치 권한(ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION)을 사용하지 않습니다.
채널에서 위치 공유를 켜면, 이용자의 실시간 위치가 같은 채널의 참여자에게 P2P(단말 간 직접, WebRTC) 방식으로 전송됩니다. 이때 좌표는 당사 서버(Firebase Firestore 포함)에 저장되지 않습니다. 공유는 이용자가 언제든 중지할 수 있으며, 최초 1회 앱 내 명시적 동의 후 시작됩니다.
본 앱은 다음 Google 서비스를 사용하며, 해당 서비스가 기기 정보·IP 주소·식별자 등을 처리할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 언제든 앱 내 [설정] → [내 데이터 삭제]를 통해 기기에 저장된 경로 기록·설정과 익명 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 제거하면 기기 로컬 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. 채널 관련 문서는 만료(24시간)로 자동 정리됩니다.
본 앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다.

This policy explains how the mobile app EZY Tracking ("the App") collects, uses, shares, stores, and deletes your information. By installing and using the App, you agree to this policy.

The App does not collect an advertising ID (AD_ID) and does not use any advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDK.
Location permission (precise/approximate) is required for route recording and location sharing. A foreground service runs only after you explicitly tap "Start tracking" or "Start sharing," and an ongoing notification is shown for the entire duration. The App does not use background location (ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION).
When you turn on location sharing in a channel, your real-time location is transmitted to other participants of that channel via peer-to-peer (device-to-device, WebRTC) transfer. Coordinates are not stored on our servers (including Firebase Firestore). You can stop sharing at any time, and sharing starts only after your explicit in-app consent (shown once).
The App uses the following Google services, which may process device information, IP address, and identifiers:
You can delete the route records and settings stored on your device, and your anonymous account, at any time via [Settings] → [Delete my data] in the App. Uninstalling the App also removes local data. Channel documents are automatically cleaned up on expiry (24 hours).
The App is not directed primarily at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes; updates will be posted on this page.
